The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. In addition, the role holder will support the development of local team members and contribute to a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing in line with daa International’s values.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Operational Planning&Forecasting</h3><p>Develop and maintain short-term and seasonal operational plans, aligning passenger demand, aircraft schedules, and terminal capacity. Analyse forecasts to identify potential capacity constraints and support the development of mitigation actions for peak periods.</p><h3>Capacity Planning&Slot Coordination</h3><p>Support capacity planning activities across terminal operations and coordinate with the slot coordinator to manage slot requests. Ensure planning assumptions reflect operational constraints and available capacity.</p><h3>Resource Planning&Operational Readiness</h3><p>Coordinate resource planning activities for terminal operations, including check-in and passenger processing areas. Support operational readiness for peak periods, new facilities, and operational changes.</p><h3>Data Analysis&Performance Monitoring</h3><p>Analyse operational data, including passenger volumes and peak demand patterns, to support planning activities. Provide insights to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement.</p><h3>Reporting&Data Management</h3><p>Prepare regular operational reports and support the production of management and stakeholder reporting. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of information.</p><h3>Stakeholder Coordination</h3><p>Work closely with airlines, ground handlers, and internal teams to coordinate operational plans. Support planning meetings and working groups to ensure alignment across stakeholders.</p><h3>Disruption Planning&Operational Support</h3><p>Assist in planning for operational disruptions, including facility outages or changes to operations, and support coordination of mitigation measures to minimise operational impact.</p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or any related degree (Required)</li><li>10+ years of airport operations planning experience, with a proven track record of delivering effective Operations Planning in a large Airport.</li><li>Expert understanding of operations planning, modelling, capacity assessment, slot coordination, resource planning, traffic forecasting, and scenario planning.</li><li>Strong experience of using Airport Operations modelling and planning tools is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience in planning for peak operations, irregular or disrupted operations, and seasonal traffic variations.</li><li>Preferred Aviation experience within Saudi Arabia or in the GCC preferred.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
