Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Officer to oversee and support daily operational activities, ensure smooth workflow, and improve efficiency within the organization. The ideal candidate will coordinate between departments, monitor processes, and contribute to achieving operational goals.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the organizationCoordinate with different departments to support workflow and task completionPrepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentationAssist in process improvement and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs)Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsTrack operational performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvementHandle operational queries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessarySupport management in planning, organizing, and executing projectsRequirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fieldProven experience as an Operation Officer, Operations Coordinator, or similar roleStrong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and ability to multitaskPreferred SkillsExperience in UAE office operationsKnowledge of workflow management, project coordination, and reportingFamiliarity with basic HR or finance operations is an advantageHow to ApplyInterested candidates are requested to send their CV to the following email address:Please mention “Operation Officer” in the email subject line.#J-18808-Ljbffr
