Operations Manager - Quality & Compliance - TruDocAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality & Compliance Officer to ensure organizational compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JAWDA audits, healthcare SOP development, and regulatory compliance within medical facilities in Abu Dhabi.Ensure compliance with regulations of Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH).Coordinate and manage JAWDA performance audits and quality reporting.Monitor updates in healthcare laws and implement necessary policy changes.Lead preparation for JAWDA audits and external inspections.Analyze KPIs and clinical performance indicators.Conduct internal audits and mock surveys.Implement corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with DOH guidelines.Standardize operational workflows across departments.Ensure documentation control and version tracking.Develop and maintain organizational charts aligned with DOH licensing requirements.Define reporting lines, job roles, and accountability structures.Ensure staffing models meet healthcare compliance standards.Work closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative teams to ensure policy adherence.Conduct quality training sessions and compliance workshops.Ensure incident reporting systems are implemented and monitored.Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field3–6 years of healthcare quality/compliance experience in Abu DhabiStrong experience with JAWDA audit standards and KPI monitoringIn-depth knowledge of DOH policies and regulatory frameworkExperience in drafting SOPs for medical centers or healthcare facilitiesStrong documentation, audit, and analytical skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
