Operations Manager / Project Manager (Bakery Industry)

OverviewMIRA Construction is looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager / Project Manager for one of our projects in Bakery Industry. We are looking for a professional to oversee and optimise the daily operations of the bakery business. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in bakery, hotel, or restaurant industries and a strong background in managing teams, processes, and resources.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate daily operations of the bakery.Manage HR-related processes: payroll, recruitment (if needed), onboarding, and staff qualification training.Ensure smooth supply chain and handle procurement, inventory, and delivery logistics.Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in excellent condition.Monitor performance and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and quality.Collaborate with management to plan and execute operational projects.RequirementsProven experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager, preferably in the bakery, hospitality, or restaurant industry.Strong organisational and leadership skills.Knowledge of supply chain management and operational best practices.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.English - B2-C1, Russian is preferable, but not obligatory.BenefitsCompetitive salary;Official UAE employment status;Comprehensive medical insurance coverage;Opportunity to develop and grow within a dynamic environment;Friendly and supportive team.Note: Dear Candidates, due to a high volume of applications, only selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.
