MBK Global is a Qatar-headquartered technology and transformation platform operating at the intersection of energy, advanced engineering, and Industry 4.0.We are not a single-product company.We are an ecosystem orchestrator.Through a growing portfolio of joint ventures and partnerships, MBK Global acts as a single accountable digital transformation prime for the energy sector — integrating best-in-class technologies into governed, deployable, and scalable operating models.Our differentiation is not only what we do — but how consistently and professionally we execute.Why This Role ExistsMBK Global operates a deliberate, integration-led Go-To-Market (GTM) and operating model designed to ensure that:commercial ambition never outpaces technical or operational readiness,execution remains disciplined, predictable, and governed,joint ventures operate coherently under MBK Global oversight, andpartners and customers experience one accountable, high-quality execution engine.The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is accountable for operationalising this model.The Operations Manager exists to ensure that every step of the operating model is executed flawlessly in practice — with clarity, discipline, and measurable outcomes.This is an internal execution role, not a client-facing position.Its value is measured in execution quality, predictability, and operational leverage.Role OverviewAs Operations Manager, you will report directly to the COO and play a critical role in supporting and strengthening MBK Globals operating and GTM execution model across:the MBK Global holding company, andall MBK Global joint ventures operating under its governance framework.You will ensure that:operating model steps are clearly supported and followed,dependencies and hand-offs are tracked and managed,execution risks are surfaced early, andoperational performance improves continuously.This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on structure, discipline, and execution excellence, and who takes pride in making complex organisations run exceptionally well.The Core ChallengeThe defining challenge of this role is execution superiority.MBK Globals operating model is intentionally structured, governed, and integration-led.Your role is to ensure that it becomes a repeatable execution advantage, not just a documented framework.You are not designing strategy.You are making strategy operationally real.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the COO in operationalising MBK Globals GTM and operating models.Ensure defined execution steps, workflows, and control points are properly supported.Track execution across the full lifecycle (partner onboarding engagement delivery scaling).Identify execution gaps, delays, or misalignments and escalation early with recommendations.Cross-Functional & JV CoordinationCoordinate across internal functions (Operations, Finance, IT, Commercial, Shared Services).Support alignment between MBK Global and JV execution teams.Ensure smooth operational hand-offs across functions and geographies (Qatar Pakistan).Performance Tracking, KPIs & ReportingMaintain operational trackers, execution logs, and KPI dashboards.Prepare structured weekly and monthly reports for the COO covering:execution status,risks and bottlenecks,corrective actions and priorities.Enable fact-based operational decision-making.Process Discipline & Continuous ImprovementHelp document, maintain, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs).Support ISO-aligned quality and process management practices (where applicable).Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, or improve execution workflows.Support rollout of improved processes as MBK Global scales.Operational Readiness & Scale EnablementSupport onboarding of new joint ventures, partners, or initiatives into the operating model.Help ensure operational readiness before execution commitments are made.Maintain organised, audit-ready operational documentation.What Were Looking ForExperience & QualificationsAt least 7 years of relevant experience in operations, execution, PMO, operating model support, or delivery-focused roles.University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.Experience working in a multinational enterprise (MNC) or similarly structured, enterprise-grade organisation.Demonstrated experience operating within complex operating models involving multiple functions, geographies, or joint ventures.Experience in consulting, energy, industrials, technology, or professional services environments is a strong advantage.Professional Qualifications & Certifications (Strongly Preferred)Relevant professional qualification and/or certification in operations, quality, or process management, including:ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) — practical implementation and operation experience.Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence (Green Belt / Black Belt) are an advantage.Hands-on experience impleme
