Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team in Damman, United Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of processes, exceptional customer experiences, and optimal team performance. This is a hands‑on position that requires a strategic thinker who can balance operational excellence with people leadership while maintaining transparency and fostering a collaborative work environment.Daily Operational ManagementOversee daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring all systems and facilities are ready for operationManage staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift coordination while handling call‑ins, absences, and last‑minute adjustmentsTrain, supervise, and support team members to maintain high performance standards and professional behaviorConduct regular safety and security checks to ensure a secure and compliant work environmentHandle incident management, including addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and managing emergencies with composure and decisivenessInventory and Vendor ManagementOversee inventory management across all operational areas, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimal wastageCoordinate with suppliers for ordering, deliveries, and invoice follow‑up to ensure timely replenishment and quality controlPerform quality checks on received goods and maintain accurate documentation for payment processingManage petty cash and expense logging with meticulous attention to detailAdministrative and ComplianceCoordinate with external accounting and service providers for bookkeeping, compliance filings, and audit preparationAnalyze operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvementDevelop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costsMaintain transparent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding operational status and challengesStrategic OperationsIdentify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirementsLead continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across all operational areasPrepare detailed reports and presentations on operational performance for senior managementFoster a supportive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and professional developmentQualificationsRequired QualificationsProven experience in operations management within hospitality, retail, entertainment, or similar customer‑facing environmentsStrong people management and team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staffExcellent organizational and time management abilities with demonstrated attention to detailStrong problem‑solving skills and a solutions‑driven approach to operational challengesProficiency in analyzing data and tracking performance metrics to drive decision‑makingExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstancesWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak operational periodsOnsite presence and availability as required for the rolePreferred QualificationsExperience coordinating with government platforms, regulatory bodies, and external service providersFinancial acumen and experience with budget management and cost controlProficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and operational management softwareProject management experience and familiarity with process improvement methodologiesBackground in vendor and supplier relationship managementExperience in risk management and compliance within a regulated environmentCertification in operations management or related fieldMultilingual capabilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
