We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations and elevate customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints.If you thrive in fast-growing consumer environments and love building seamless operations — this role is for you.Role OverviewYou will oversee the company’s operational engine — supply chain e-commerce fulfillment customer service data and admin compliance — while working closely with founders suppliers and partners to ensure efficiency quality and growth.Key Responsibilities1. Supply Chain & Product DevelopmentForecast and optimize COGS raw materials & packagingManage supplier relationships and negotiate across regionsLead product development & R&D coordinationOnboard new manufacturers to support innovation & scale2. Operations ManagementOversee daily B2C & B2B fulfillmentSupervise customer service across all channelsImplement SOPs for warehousing logistics & customer experience3. E-Commerce & Digital OperationsManage and optimize the website/e-commerce platformCoordinate product launches translations promotions & A/B testsAlign visuals and banners with brand guidelinesManage subscriptions offers and retention strategies4. Data Forecasting & Finance SupportMaintain dashboards for sales inventory & KPIsSupport Finance with reconciliations payments & settlementsDrive data-based demand planning and forecasting5. Administration & ComplianceManage licenses insurance permits & staff visasUpdate internal policies and documentationCoordinate with HR PRO and compliance partnersRequirements2–3 years in Operations Supply Chain or E-commerce (FMCG/Consumer Goods a plus)Strong project management & organizational skillsProficiency in Excel/Google SheetsShopify experience is an assetExcellent communication negotiation & problem solvingFluent in English French and ArabicRequired Skillsaccounting finance & taxation pmp - project management professional#J-18808-Ljbffr
