Operations Manager for Self-Storage Facilities

Key Responsibilities:Full operational management of the self‑storage facilities and their staff (8 employees)Oversight and optimization of existing marketing and sales channels as well as development of new more effective strategiesMaximizing occupancy by filling vacant units and replacing outgoing clients with new tenants at the highest achievable ratesEnhancing operational efficiency and increasing business profitability through optimization of staffing cost structure, pricing strategy and other operational leversManaging critical communications with clients and counterparties on key operational and contractual mattersOverseeing contract administration invoicing and payments working with CRM systems, financial software and online banking platformsCoordinating the preparation of accounting and management reports with the responsible finance personnelProviding regular performance reports to the head office and shareholders in accordance with established formats and deadlinesParticipating in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to business growth new business models and operational formatsCandidate Requirements:Current residency and work experience in the UAEProven experience in managing a warehouse or similar operation involving a high volume of clients and relatively low average transaction valueDemonstrated ability to lead a multicultural team including both administrative and operational staffStrong command of core marketing and sales tools, techniques and channelsSolid understanding of key operational and financial performance indicatorsAbility to process and analyze large volumes of data and information, draw conclusions and make informed decisionsProficiency in Russian and English is mandatoryStrong cross‑cultural communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
