<div><p>MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia’s power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.</p><p>We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:</p><ul><li>Smart energy meters</li><li>LV&MV instrument transformers</li><li>LV&MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)</li><li>Distribution&power transformers (up to 10 MVA)</li></ul><p>Our products are internationally type-tested and backed by strong engineering expertise and certified quality systems (ISO 9001&ISO 45001).</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage overall operations, including P&L responsibility, for MCCB product lines.</li><li>Drive new product development (NPD) and sustain existing products through continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Develop and execute product and technology roadmaps aligned with business goals and market demands.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, marketing, customers, and global teams to identify new opportunities and enhance product offerings.</li><li>Oversee the complete product lifecycle management, including design, engineering changes, obsolescence, and issue resolution.</li><li>Ensure design standardization, cost optimization, and performance improvements across all R&D activities.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and act as a key point of contact for manufacturing, quality, and service teams.</li><li>Lead supplier development and selection for prototyping and production.</li><li>Drive quality improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies and best engineering practices.</li><li>Manage and mentor engineering teams, including hiring, performance management, KPI setting, and capability development.</li><li>Conduct design reviews, management reviews, and customer review meetings.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, UL, ISO) and support internal/external testing activities.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>20+ years of experience in LV Switchgear industry, specifically in MCCBs/ACBs/MCBs.</li><li>Proven leadership experience in R&D, product design, and operations management.</li><li>Strong expertise in mechanical design, DFMEA, DFM/DFA, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CAD/FEA tools (Creo, SolidWorks, NX, ANSYS, AutoCAD) and PLM systems.</li><li>Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (plastic molding, sheet metal, machining, etc.).</li><li>Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt preferred) and strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience in innovation and patent development is a plus.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
