MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia’s power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:Smart energy metersLV & MV instrument transformersLV & MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)Our products are internationally type-tested and backed by strong engineering expertise and certified quality systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001).Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage overall operations, including P&L responsibility, for MCCB product lines.Drive new product development (NPD) and sustain existing products through continuous improvement initiatives.Develop and execute product and technology roadmaps aligned with business goals and market demands.Collaborate with sales, marketing, customers, and global teams to identify new opportunities and enhance product offerings.Oversee the complete product lifecycle management, including design, engineering changes, obsolescence, and issue resolution.Ensure design standardization, cost optimization, and performance improvements across all R&D activities.Provide technical leadership and act as a key point of contact for manufacturing, quality, and service teams.Lead supplier development and selection for prototyping and production.Drive quality improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies and best engineering practices.Manage and mentor engineering teams, including hiring, performance management, KPI setting, and capability development.Conduct design reviews, management reviews, and customer review meetings.Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, UL, ISO) and support internal/external testing activities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.20+ years of experience in LV Switchgear industry, specifically in MCCBs/ACBs/MCBs.Proven leadership experience in R&D, product design, and operations management.Strong expertise in mechanical design, DFMEA, DFM/DFA, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.Hands-on experience with CAD/FEA tools (Creo, SolidWorks, NX, ANSYS, AutoCAD) and PLM systems.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (plastic molding, sheet metal, machining, etc.).Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt preferred) and strong problem-solving skills.Experience in innovation and patent development is a plus.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
