In this role, you will be responsible for:Managing, On a Daily Basis, End To End Operations For Either One Large Site Or a Combination Of Small Sites, Supervising Store OperationsMeeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.Continuously improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement.Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the stores on a daily basis.Stand-in for Area Manager.Basic QualificationsExperience in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturingExperience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of ExcelPreferred QualificationsExperience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing timeExperience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure, or experience troubleshooting and documenting findingsKnowledge of Six Sigma tools, Lean techniques, PMP or similar standards preferredGood people management skills.
