We’re Hiring | Operations Executive – Medical TransfersLocation: KSASalary : SAR 6000We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to manage and coordinate end-to-end medical transfer operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between airlines, hospitals, medical teams, hotels, and ambulance services.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate commercial medical transfer flight bookings, including airline approvals and ticket issuanceVerify and manage all required medical and travel documentation in line with airline and regulatory requirementsArrange hotel accommodations for patients and medical teams based on medical needsCoordinate Airport Medical Centre (AMC) bookings and logisticsArrange ambulance services through DCAS when requiredManage return tickets for medical teams and associates in coordination with case managersMonitor and control monthly hotel and travel-related expensesPrepare monthly operational reports covering flights, hotels, and transfersPrepare documentation for medical equipment transportationProvide general administrative and office supportCoordinate medical transfers and assist with direct patient assessments when requiredRequirementsProven experience in operations or logistics, preferably in healthcare or medical transfer servicesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesExperience handling documentation and reportingAbility to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergenciesWillingness to be available on off days and reachable by phone for urgent casesWorking Conditions & BenefitsOffice-based role with occasional on-site work at airports, hotels, or medical facilitiesFlexible working hours with on-call availability for emergency situations#J-18808-Ljbffr
