<div><h3><b>We’re Hiring | Operations Executive – Medical Transfers</b></h3><p><b>Location:</b>KSA</p><p><b>Salary</b>: SAR 6000</p><p>We are looking for an experienced<b>Operations Executive</b>to manage and coordinate end-to-end medical transfer operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between airlines, hospitals, medical teams, hotels, and ambulance services.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Coordinate commercial medical transfer flight bookings, including airline approvals and ticket issuance</li><li>Verify and manage all required medical and travel documentation in line with airline and regulatory requirements</li><li>Arrange hotel accommodations for patients and medical teams based on medical needs</li><li>Coordinate Airport Medical Centre (AMC) bookings and logistics</li><li>Arrange ambulance services through DCAS when required</li><li>Manage return tickets for medical teams and associates in coordination with case managers</li><li>Monitor and control monthly hotel and travel-related expenses</li><li>Prepare monthly operational reports covering flights, hotels, and transfers</li><li>Prepare documentation for medical equipment transportation</li><li>Provide general administrative and office support</li><li>Coordinate medical transfers and assist with direct patient assessments when required</li></ul><h3><b>Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>Proven experience in operations or logistics, preferably in healthcare or medical transfer services</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities</li><li>Experience handling documentation and reporting</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies</li><li>Willingness to be available on off days and reachable by phone for urgent cases</li></ul><h3><b>Working Conditions&Benefits</b></h3><ul><li>Office-based role with occasional on-site work at airports, hotels, or medical facilities</li><li>Flexible working hours with on-call availability for emergency situations</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
