Role: Operations ExecutiveDepartment: General InsuranceOnsite DubaiRole OverviewWe are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Operations Executive to support the General Insurance division.The role involves procuring quotes, generating payment links, coordinating policy issuance, and managing documentation while working within tight deadlines and handling multiple requests simultaneously.This role is critical in ensuring efficient turnaround times, accurate reporting, and seamless coordination between advisors and insurers.Key ResponsibilitiesPortal-Based Policy Processing (Primary Focus)Procure / generate quotes via insurer portalsReview quotes and share with advisorsGenerate payment links via insurer portalsProcess policy issuance through portal underwritingEnsure accuracy of coverage, limits, and client detailsFollow up with insurers for policy issuance where requiredIndividual Underwriting (Non-Portal Business)Support the advisor in procuring underwriting terms directly from insurersFollow up with insurers for competitive quotationsRequest payment links from insurers upon confirmation to proceedSend issuance approvals to insurersFollow up for:Policy documentsReceipt vouchersEndorsements where applicableDocumentation & System ManagementUpload finalized policy documents in IMCRMUpdate invoicing trackers and internal reporting sheetsMaintain accurate documentation and audit trailsEnsure all records are updated in a timely mannerReporting & Operational TrackingMaintain daily production and issuance reportsTrack pending quotes and issuance requestsMonitor turnaround times and elevate delaysProvide regular operational updates to Unit HeadAssist in preparing performance and productivity reportsSales & Advisor SupportSupport advisors with quote comparisons and insurer optionsSupport other advisors as and when requiredAssist in gathering missing underwriting informationCoordinate with insurers for clarifications and special requestsEnsure service level timelines are metProducts Handled (General Insurance)Public LiabilityProperty InsuranceMarine InsuranceProfessional IndemnityContractors All RiskSME PackagesOther General Insurance ProductsKey Skills & RequirementsExperience1–3 years’ experience in UAE General Insurance Operations preferredExperience handling insurer portals preferredCommercial lines exposure preferredSkills RequiredStrong multitasking abilityAbility to work within tight deadlinesStrong follow-up and coordination skillsHigh attention to detailStrong reporting and tracking skillsGood communication and teamworkTechnical SkillsExperience with insurer portalsMS Excel and reporting skillsDocumentation and workflow managementKey CompetenciesAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management and prioritization skillsProblem-solving mindsetTeam player with customer-focused approachProfessionalism and accountabilityKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Sales targetsQuote turnaround timePolicy issuance turnaround timeAccuracy of documentationReporting accuracyAdvisor satisfactionPending case managementWhat We OfferDynamic and growing General Insurance teamExposure to multiple insurers and productsCareer growth opportunitiesCollaborative work environmentThis role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple tasks under tight timelines within a portal-driven insurance environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
