Operations Executive - General Insurance

<div><p>We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Operations Executive</p><p>to support the General Insurance division.</p><p>The role involves procuring quotes, generating payment links, coordinating policy issuance, and managing documentation while working within tight deadlines and handling multiple requests simultaneously.</p><p>This role is critical in ensuring efficient turnaround times, accurate reporting, and seamless coordination between advisors and insurers.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Portal-Based Policy Processing (Primary Focus)</h3><ul><li>Review quotes and share with advisors</li><li>Process policy issuance through portal underwriting</li><li>Ensure accuracy of coverage, limits, and client details</li><li>Follow up with insurers for policy issuance where required</li></ul><h3>Individual Underwriting (Non-Portal Business)</h3><ul><li>Support the advisor in procuring underwriting terms directly from insurers</li><li>Follow up with insurers for competitive quotations</li><li>Request payment links from insurers upon confirmation to proceed</li><li>Send issuance approvals to insurers<ul><li>Policy documents</li><li>Endorsements where applicable</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Documentation&System Management</h3><ul><li>Upload finalized policy documents in IMCRM</li><li>Update invoicing trackers and internal reporting sheets</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails</li><li>Ensure all records are updated in a timely manner</li></ul><h3>Reporting&Operational Tracking</h3><ul><li>Maintain daily production and issuance reports</li><li>Track pending quotes and issuance requests</li><li>Monitor turnaround times and elevate delays</li><li>Provide regular operational updates to Unit Head</li><li>Assist in preparing performance and productivity reports</li><li>Support advisors with quote comparisons and insurer options</li><li>Support other advisors as and when required</li><li>Assist in gathering missing underwriting information</li><li>Coordinate with insurers for clarifications and special requests</li><li>Ensure service level timelines are met</li></ul><h3>Products Handled (General Insurance)</h3><ul><li>Public Liability</li><li>Other General Insurance Products</li></ul><h3>Key Skills&Requirements</h3><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>1–3 years’ experience in UAE General Insurance Operations preferred</li><li>Experience handling insurer portals preferred</li></ul><h3>Skills Required</h3><ul><li>Ability to work within tight deadlines</li><li>Strong follow-up and coordination skills</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Strong reporting and tracking skills</li><li>Good communication and teamwork</li></ul><h3>Technical Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience with insurer portals</li><li>MS Excel and reporting skills</li><li>Documentation and workflow management</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong time management and prioritization skills</li><li>Team player with customer-focused approach</li><li>Professionalism and accountability</li></ul><h3>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</h3><ul><li>Quote turnaround time</li><li>Policy issuance turnaround time</li><li>Accuracy of documentation</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Dynamic and growing General Insurance team</li><li>Exposure to multiple insurers and products</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Collaborative work environment</li></ul><p>This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple tasks under tight timelines within a portal-driven insurance environment.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
