Job Description
SummaryWe are seeking an Operations Executive to oversee the daily operations of our holiday home portfolio. The role ensures all units are guest‑ready, manages cleaning and maintenance teams, coordinates with guest support and maintains high operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations for 70 units.Plan and supervise cleaning schedules with the Cleaning Team Lead.Ensure smooth check‑ins and check‑outs for guests.Coordinate maintenance issues and urgent repairs.Monitor quality and cleanliness standards across all units.Update PMS (Hostaway) daily with unit status, maintenance and guest issues.Escalate operational issues to the Owner when necessary.Maintain inventory of linens, amenities and consumables.Train, supervise and mentor cleaning staff.Generate weekly operational reports with KPIs: occupancy, complaints, missed cleanings and turnaround times.Qualifications & SkillsExperience in holiday home or hospitality operations in the UAE.Knowledge of PMS (Hostaway) and reporting tools.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent problem‑solving and crisis management abilities.Flexible and available for all‑round hospitality tasks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
