Job Title - Operations ExecutiveAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities across engineering and project environments. This role focuses on coordination process execution and operational efficiency to ensure projects and business operations run smoothly and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Coordination & SupportCoordinate daily operational activities across projects and departments.Support planning execution and monitoring of ongoing projects.Ensure operational processes are followed in line with company standards.Process Management & EfficiencyAssist in developing and implementing operational procedures and workflows.Monitor timelines, resources and task completion to improve efficiency.Identify operational issues and support corrective actions.Project & Site SupportCoordinate with project managers, site teams, and vendors.Track project progress, materials, and resource requirements.Support documentation and reporting related to project operations.Vendor & Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.Support procurement logistics and service coordination activities.Ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders.Reporting & DocumentationPrepare operational reports, status updates, and dashboards.Maintain accurate records, schedules, and operational documents.Support audits and compliance-related documentation when required.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.25 years of experience in operations, projects or contracting environments.Experience in engineering or construction operations preferred.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneouslyGood communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailProficiency in MS Office and operational reporting toolsWhat We OfferStable role within an engineering and projects environmentExposure to end-to-end operational processesOpportunity for professional growth and skill developmentSupportive and collaborative team cultureApply now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
