Operations Engineer

OverviewOur client in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Operations Engineer to oversee mechanical and pneumatic component maintenance operational performance and engineering support activities. The role involves supervising equipment overhaul ensuring compliance with OEM standards and supporting continuous improvement in operational processes.ResponsibilitiesOversee disassembly inspection repair and reassembly of mechanical and pneumatic componentsEnsure all work meets OEM standards and customer specificationsSupervise and perform functional testing of overhauled components including pressure and flow verificationCollect analyze and summarize operational and engineering data for management reportingDevelop and maintain operational standards and proceduresIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiencyMonitor team performance and operational capabilityEnsure the use of proper tools calibrated instruments and safety proceduresMonitor PPE usage and workplace safety complianceMaintain 5S standards in the work areaCoordinate with engineers technicians and clients to achieve operational goalsMonitor preventive maintenance of equipment and systemsIdentify cost optimization and operational improvement initiativesMaintain service logs and internal operational recordsQualificationsBachelor or BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years of experienceDiploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 6 years of experiencePreferred Industry BackgroundExperience in the following industries is preferred:Power PlantsFertilizersSteelCementPaperHow to ApplyInterested candidates can send their updated CV.#J-18808-Ljbffr
