Operations Director – Life Systems

To lead the Life Systems Division, overseeing the delivery of large-scale fire, safety, and ELV projects across the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end operations of the Operations division, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and operations teams to drive performance and accountability.Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate closely with other business units, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and resource planning for continuous improvement.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 12+ years of experience in Life Systems, Fire Protection, or ELV projects, with at least 8 years in a senior operations leadership role.Strong understanding of local regulations, authority approvals (DCD, ADCD, etc.), and project management methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
