We’re looking for a talented and experiencedOperations Coordinator – Holiday Homes.Job SummaryThe operations Coordinator – Holiday Homes is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all day-to‑day operational activities related to managed holiday home units. This role ensures seamless guest experiences, efficient staff coordination, accurate reporting, and proper system monitoring through Hostaway and other operational tools.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and experienced in short‑term rental operations.Key Responsibilities1. Daily Operations ManagementMonitor daily check‑in and check‑out schedules.Ensure all units are guest‑ready prior to arrival.Coordinate early check‑ins and late check‑outs when applicable.Handle operational escalations in real‑time.2. Guest Relations SupervisionSupervise and manage Guest Relations Officers.Ensure timely guest communication before, during, and after stays.Monitor response times and guest satisfaction.Resolve guest complaints and operational issues professionally.Prepare and manage daily cleaning schedules based on check‑in/check‑out activity.Coordinate with cleaning teams to ensure on‑time service delivery.Conduct quality control checks to ensure units meet company standards.Monitor housekeeping productivity and performance.4. System & Hostaway MonitoringMonitor daily reservations and calendar status in Hostaway.Generate and review daily operational reports from Hostaway.Verify booking details, occupancy levels, and revenue tracking.Ensure all reservations are properly synced and updated.Flag discrepancies or operational issues immediately.5. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily operational reports including:Occupancy reportCheck‑in/out status reportMaintenance issues logMaintain accurate operational records.Escalate unresolved matters to management.6. Maintenance CoordinationReport and track maintenance issues.Coordinate with maintenance team for timely resolution.Ensure units are maintained to high operational standards.7. Performance & ComplianceEnsure SOPs are followed across all operational functions.Maintain high guest satisfaction ratings.Monitor operational KPIs including:Guest review scoresCleaning turnaround timeResponse timeIssue resolution timeQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Holiday Homes / Short‑Term Rentals.Strong knowledge of Hostaway or similar PMS systems.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong leadership and team coordination ability.Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple units simultaneously.#J-18808-Ljbffr
