<div><p><b>Operations Coordinator | Dubai, UAE</b></p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>We move fast, serve premium clients, and hold ourselves to a high standard. We need someone who can keep up. As our Operations Coordinator, you'll own the coordination layer of our business; managing client onboarding, tracking field team activity, handling service requests, and making sure nothing slips.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own client onboarding end-to-end from kickoff through to first service delivery.</li><li>Keep trackers, records, and documentation accurate, up to date, and centralised.</li><li>Coordinate across field and technical teams to make sure tasks are assigned, followed through, and closed on time.</li><li>Monitor compliance against internal SOPs and proactively flag gaps before they become problems.</li><li>Handle inbound service requests: log, assign, follow up, and confirm resolution.</li><li>Produce clear daily summaries for leadership: what's done, what's pending, what needs a decision.</li><li>Spot bottlenecks before they hit: overdue tasks, low stock, missed follow-ups and get ahead of them.</li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>3–5 years in operations, admin, or coordination: managing schedules, requests, and moving parts across teams.</li><li>Organised to the point where blank fields and missed deadlines genuinely bother you.</li><li>Strong communicator in English: clear, professional, and confident across email, calls, and messaging.</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders without losing the thread.</li><li>Hands‑on with Excel or Google Sheets, task trackers, and shared docs.</li><li>You don't wait to be told something's wrong: you see it, flag it, fix it.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
