<div><p>At<b>Cloud Spaces</b>we have an opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly organized<b>Operations Coordinator</b>to support the Operations Manager and the Operations Department across all locations. This role is essential in ensuring structured coordination, accurate record-keeping, and timely execution of operational activities, contributing to consistent service delivery and high operational standards.</p><p>The Operations Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager, acting as a central point of coordination for operational activities, communications, and follow-ups. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Operational Support&Coordination</h3><ul><li>Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager, ensuring effective organization, prioritization, and follow-through on daily operational matters</li><li>Act as a coordination point for operational requests, communications, and follow-ups on behalf of the Operations Department</li><li>Support planning, scheduling, and preparation of operational activities, meetings, and action plans</li><li>Track operational priorities, deadlines, and commitments to ensure timely completion</li><li>Coordinate operational activities across all Cloud Spaces locations in line with approved processes and standards</li><li>Monitor ongoing operational tasks and proactively elevate risks, delays, or gaps</li></ul><h3>ERP, Reporting&Data Management</h3><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records within the company ERP system, including inventory, procurement, suppliers, and operational data</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate ERP entries to support data integrity and reporting requirements</li><li>Coordinate with Finance and relevant departments on ERP-based operational and procurement workflows</li><li>Extract, organize, and prepare ERP data for operational reviews, audits, and reporting</li></ul><h3>Contracts&Documentation</h3><ul><li>Maintain organized records of operational documents, contracts, agreements, and approvals</li><li>Track contract validity periods, expiry dates, and renewal timelines</li><li>Coordinate contract reviews, renewals, and required actions with internal stakeholders and vendors</li><li>Ensure all operational documentation is properly filed, controlled, and audit‑ready</li><li>Coordinate ordering, tracking, and record‑keeping of operational supplies and consumables across all locations</li><li>Maintain inventory records and support periodic stock checks and reconciliations</li><li>Monitor usage trends and report inefficiencies or shortages</li><li>Support coordination of hard and soft facilities management activities</li><li>Liaise with vendors and suppliers, maintaining records of communications, quotations, and service documentation</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional&Project Support</h3><ul><li>Coordinate with internal departments including Finance, HR, IT, and Marketing to support operational requirements</li><li>Support operational aspects of events, catering, special projects, and new center openings</li><li>Assist with pre‑opening and post‑opening operational activities as required</li><li>Perform additional administrative and operational tasks aligned with the Operations function</li><li>Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail</li><li>Excellent coordination, follow‑up, and time‑management abilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Professional reporting and documentation skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team</li><li>Proactive, reliable, and solution‑oriented approach</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination</li><li>Prior experience working with ERP systems, including data entry, tracking, and reporting</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Valid UAE driving license with willingness to travel between locations as required</li><li>Flexibility in working hours based on operational requirements</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Diploma or certification in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is an advantage</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
