Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Business Development Manager for our pest control business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing daily operations, driving business growth, and developing strategies to expand the customer base. This role requires hands-on experience in both operational management and business development within the pest control or facility services industry.Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:Oversee day-to-day operations of the pest control business to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Develop and implement operational processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service protocols.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.Manage and train the operations team, ensuring proper allocation of resources and continuous improvement.Ensure timely response to customer complaints, service requests, and emergency situations.Business Development:Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s client base.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and partners.Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives, including B2B client acquisition and retention strategies.Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations to support business growth.Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in operations and business development, preferably in pest control, facility management, or related service industry.Proven track record of managing operational teams and driving business growth.Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of pest control techniques, chemicals, and safety standards.Experience in implementing CRM or ERP systems for operations and sales management.Strong network in the local pest control or facilities management industry.Leadership and team managementStrategic thinking and problem-solvingCustomer-focused approachAnalytical and data-driven decision making#J-18808-Ljbffr
