For more information visit.This is an onsite role for an Operations Specialist in our Dubai office. This role will be part of a team working shifts that will provide operational coverage for BitGo Trust Company. This individual will be responsible for performing high volume complex confidential trust operational activities in accordance with company policies and procedures. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:ResponsibilitiesResponsible for administration and operational support of all accounts under administrationExperience in KYC and customer due diligence including verifying identities collecting and reviewing documents and assessing risks for Institutional ClientsMiddle office operations for trade settlements ensuring the timely and accurate confirmation matching and lifecycle management of trades.Oversee the complete flow of daily transaction processing from initial data input to finalization and reconciliationPerform system testing identify discrepancies in data and assist in implementing system enhancementsProvide operational support for customer support for banking transactionsProvide timely and accurate responses to both internal & external requests for informationServe as a proactive problem-solver by being able to troubleshoot account questions/issues in support of OperationsExemplify a willingness to take on other responsibilities as needed by our Management TeamRequirementsHighly effective verbal and written communicationAttention to detail and a commitment to constant improvementHighly organized with work tools like emails spreadsheets databasesExtremely high sense of urgency when servicing external and internal clientsAnalytical skills positive attitude active listening and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks multi-task and meet deadlinesA team player with strong judgment and decision making skillsWhy Join BitGoDisrupting an industry takes vision innovation passion technical chops drive to deliver collaboration and execution.
