You are expected to constantly embrace new ideas & display initiative; proactively take additional responsibilities; be the role model & be imparting knowledge to others; create healthy personal relations at all levels and concentrate time and energy to get the best impact to the Hotel and to yourself.What will I be doingYou would be responsible for performing designated jobs and learning supportive functions either in the operation or back of house department in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Perform assigned duties as directed by department manager and direct supervisor.Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerAssist guests with inquiries requests and complaints providing personalized recommendations and solutions.Ensure that both the Manager and Supervisors are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests team members and/or other departments.Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all timesAttend appropriate training courses when required.Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room promotions facilities and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.Comply with hotel security fire regulations and all health and safety legislationFollow and adhere to company brand standards.Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with Team MembersWork with your Manager to identify a specific project to complete during your internship placementWhat are we looking forAn Operational Intern serving Hilton Brand hotels and vacations are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
