Operation Manager Infrastructure Maintenance

OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operation Manager - Infrastructure Maintenance to join our team in United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the maintenance operations of our infrastructure assets, ensuring their reliability, efficiency, and longevity.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive infrastructure maintenance strategies and plansManage and coordinate maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of projects and tasksOversee the budget for maintenance operations, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectivenessConduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuityMonitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with overall organizational goalsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, and industry best practicesDevelop and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providersImplement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifePrepare and present regular reports on maintenance activities, budget, and performance to senior managementQualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance operations, with a proven track record of successStrong project management skills with proficiency in relevant software and toolsIn-depth knowledge of infrastructure maintenance systems and best practicesExperience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocationExcellent risk assessment and mitigation skillsProven ability to lead and manage teams effectivelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in performance monitoring and reportingProfessional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Facilities Management are preferredExperience managing large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirableAdditional InformationThe duty will be at night shift with lane closures at the bridges and underpasses.
