This position is pivotal in ensuring that all activities align with Applus+\'s commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord and manage all NCRs to ensure compliance with project standards and specificationsConduct periodic meetings with stakeholders, including branch representatives and contractors, to discuss project progress and address concernsPerform regular audits of contracts and prepare necessary reports to ensure adherence to contractual obligationsEvaluate and review project programs to ensure alignment with project goals and timelinesAddress and resolve administrative disputes to maintain project continuity and efficiencyEscalate any issues to the Resident Engineer when necessary to ensure timely resolutionEnsure that contractors comply with safety requirements, escalating any violations as neededOversee patrol activities focusing on cleanliness, safety inspections, and adherence to specifications and qualificationsRequirementsBachelor\'s degree in civil engineeringMinimum of 3 years in operations and maintenance roles.
