As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and day-to-day operations within our organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.Monitor and track ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standardsCoordinate with project teams, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resource allocationCompile and review weekly reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submissionIdentify potential issues or delays and propose solutions to managementMaintain a centralized repository of project documentation and updatesUtilize project management tools and software to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestonesProvide insights and recommendations for process improvementsSupport the coordination of logistics and administrative tasks as neededFacilitate regular check-ins and follow-up meetings with project leadsAnalyze data and prepare summary reports for senior managementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar roleStrong organizational and follow-up skills with a keen attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and WordFamiliarity with project management tools and softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficientlyStrong problem-solving skills and analytical thinkingExceptional time management and ability to meet deadlinesCross-cultural communication skills and experience working in diverse environmentsTeam player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departmentsAdaptability to changing priorities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
