Operation Coordinator (Central&Eastern Region)

<div><h3>Job Objective</h3><p>To oversee daily store operations, including<b>repair and maintenance activities</b>, as well as<b>sales support and administrative functions</b>, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.</p><h3>Key Performance Indicators</h3><ul><li>Ensure all items listed in the<b>store opening checklist</b>are arranged and in place prior to store opening.</li><li>Provide<b>full operational support</b>to the Operations Manager to ensure the store opens<b>on time and as per standards</b>.</li><li>Respond promptly to<b>store complaints and operational issues</b>, ensuring stores are maintained in line with<b>brand and operational standards</b>.</li></ul><h3>Principle Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Collect cash from stores and ensure<b>same-day bank deposits</b>, twice a week, in line with company policies.</li><li>Coordinate the<b>distribution of jewellery boxes, carry bags, and display materials</b>to stores based on requests from the Area Sales Manager (ASM).</li><li>Liaise with<b>mall management</b>to obtain permits and approvals for maintenance-related work.</li><li>Coordinate the<b>collection of jewellery from a central location</b>(sent by SHO) and ensure timely distribution to all stores.</li><li>Liaise with<b>contractors and mall management</b>to ensure fit-out and maintenance works are executed<b>on time and as per standards</b>.</li><li>Collect operational documents from all stores and consolidate them at a central location for<b>courier dispatch</b>.</li><li>Support cross-functional departments including<b>GRD, Legal, Visual Merchandising, and Leasing</b>to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.</li><li>Manage and reconcile<b>petty cash</b>related to operations in compliance with internal controls.</li><li>Liaise with external vendors such as<b>cleaning services, CCTV providers, and LED screen vendors</b>to resolve operational issues promptly.</li><li><b>Assume operational responsibilities in the absence of the Operations Manager</b>, ensuring continuity of store operations.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><h3>Qualifications&Education</h3><ul><li>Secondary education (+2 or equivalent)</li><li>Additional technical qualifications are an advantage</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum<b>2 years of relevant experience</b>in a similar role</li><li><b>Valid driving license</b>is mandatory</li></ul><h3>Core Competencies</h3><ul><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li><b>Arabic language proficiency is mandatory</b></li><li>Good understanding of the local market</li><li>Strong negotiation skills</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
