Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled OpenText Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting OpenText solutions for our clients. Your expertise in document management, enterprise content management, and business process automation will be crucial in delivering successful projects that meet our client's needs.As an OpenText Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective OpenText solutions. You will also provide ongoing support and ensure the optimization of existing implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to gather and analyze requirements for OpenText solutionsImplement and configure OpenText solutions tailored to client specificationsUtilize OpenText tools for document management, workflow automation, and content managementConduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure proper functionality and performanceProvide training and support to end-users on OpenText applications and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OpenText solutions with other business systemsStay updated with the latest developments in OpenText technologies and recommend improvementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience implementing and supporting OpenText solutionsStrong knowledge of OpenText modules, such as Content Suite, Documentum, or Archive CenterExperience with enterprise content management, workflow automation, and document management processesFamiliarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting OpenText with other enterprise systemsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team membersAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentRelevant OpenText certifications are a plusBenefitsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
