ResponsibilitiesFollow mandatory SOP, checklist, payer and coding guidelines.Check demographic details and ensure proper regulatory policy selection (DHPO or RIAYATI).Ensure doctors enter correct documentation in Chart/EMR/Claim form.Provide supporting details/justification in EMR for all investigations.Verify CPT codes entered are correct per CPT guidelines.Verify excluded ICD and CPT codes per coding guidelines.Ensure approved services match rendered services.Ensure all requested investigations are performed and invoiced.Confirm claim has correct receiver and payer name before finalizing the bill.Confirm claim has correct patient copay application.Submit all claims to insurance company.Check payer’s name, rate plan and plan name selection.Comply with OSH instructions, policies and safe working procedures.Use appropriate PPE and safety systems.Familiarize with emergency and evacuation procedures.Do not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone’s health and safety.Assist with risk assessment preparation.Report OSH hazards, incidents, near‑misses and issues.Minimize waste through reduce, reuse, recycle.Attend all OSH trainings, awareness programs and mock drills.Participate in OSHMS audits, inspections, ensuring standards are maintained.Read and implement the NMC IPC Policy and Strategy.Maintain strict hand hygiene, observe the five moments of hand hygiene, keep hair below elbows and practice environmental care.QualificationsDegree, CPC#J-18808-Ljbffr
