Job Description

ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite technical support for clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.Act as the first point of contact for end-users, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.Install, configure, and maintain SAAL.AI’s software and systems at client sites.Escalate complex technical issues to internal teams and follow through to resolution.Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.Support system rollouts, upgrades, and maintenance activities at client locations.Maintain accurate logs of support requests, resolutions, and user interactions.Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and security protocols.Contribute to process improvements to enhance overall client experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
