SPIE Global Services Energy relies on an extensive local network to quickly deploy resources and meet its customers' needs in the safest possible conditions.Drawing on the expertise of its 5,000 employees, SPIE Global Services Energy helps players in the oil, gas and renewable energies industries improve the technical performance of their infrastructure, increase their energy efficiency and reduce their carbon footprint.With 55,000 employees and a strong local presence, SPIE group achieved in 2024 consolidated revenue of €9.9 billion and consolidated EBITA of €712 million.Reference2025-40986Contract typeFixed-term-contractContractual hoursFull time1 yearWe currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy, Qatar for aResponsibilitiesOverall responsible for the coordination of the project execution:Ensure detailed coordination of execution phases for the project: preparation, execution, and post works.First line of contact with offshore for the project, day to day interface and resolution of operational needs in all phasesCreate/Release work orders required to supply materials during Execution phase.Ensure close monitoring with logistics and shipment so no downtime is experienced offshore with regards tomaterials/equipment deliveryUpdate of Revision code and planner group in work orders as necessary.Liaise with all entities for a timely update and closure of SAP work orders.Maintain with offshore the weekly update on temporary equipment status/register as per NOC Management ofTemporary Equipment procedure: enhance safety, minimize process equipment downtime and operational costs.Collate weekly data from S-Curve(Progress) and NPT Tracker and review/follow up on inefficiencies as required beforedelivering at weekly meetingReview NPT Trends on a weekly basis to identify sticking points and review potential solutions to alleviate any issuesmoving forward.Review weekly Dashboard figures for Backlog Hours and compare to previous weeks for discussion at weekly meeting.Responsible for the readiness of the JUB(s) with IT Equipment and network access through liaising with IT/Network teamsProfileEducation: A-levels + 3 years study in disciplineProfessional experience: 10 years' experience in the field of production on oil and gas production installationsOffshore Construction Coordinator and Work Preparator with extensive experience in offshore and onshore oil & gas projects, specialized in piping and structural works. Strong expertise in work progress follow-up, quality control coordination, isometric drawings reading and P&ID review, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution of construction activities. Experienced in brownfield and revamping projects, working in close interface with Construction, QC, HSE and Client teams under strict HSE standards.Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of SAPYou will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft OfficeSPIE Global Services Energy is committed to promote diversity.
