Onboarding Officer

We are currently looking for a “Onboarding Officer Execute onboarding activities by ensuring accurate collection, validation, and tracking of all required documentation, acting as a key gatekeeper to ensure smooth and error-free policy implementation.Your Job:Pre-Onboarding PreparationPrepare onboarding checklists tailored to each clientReview of prior missing or expired documentsClient & Broker EngagementConduct onboarding meetings (physical / virtual) with: Brokers, Policyholders & Educate stakeholdersRequired documentationOnboarding processDocument Collection & Follow-UpCollect all required onboarding documents (mandatory & conditional)Track and follow up on pending documentsIdentify and communicate deficiencies (NIGO cases)Ensure all documents meet the agreed standards before submissionCoordination & HandoverCoordinate with internal teams & submit validated cases to Processing teamStatus Tracking & CommunicationProvide regular updates (every 3 days) to stakeholdersAct as single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned casesYour profile:Minimum Qualifications and Experience:2-3 market experience in EB OperationsExcellent coordination and follow-up skillsCommunication and client handling skillsAbility to manage multiple cases simultaneouslyProblem-solving mindsetBasic system proficiency (tracking tools, portals)Good communication skills & command of English*Munich Re not only stands for fairness with regard to its clients; it is also an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
