Oilfield BD&Technical Relationships Lead (MENA)

<p>Newland Oiltools is an engineering- and manufacturing-driven oilfield equipment company, specializing in<strong>casing accessories</strong>and<strong>cementing-related products</strong>with over twenty years of industry proven experience. We support international oilfield service companies and selected international oil companies, with a strong focus on<strong>well integrity</strong>,<strong>quality consistency</strong>, and<strong>long-term reliability</strong>.</p><p>As our business continues to grow in international markets, we have established our U.S. presence in Houston and UAE presence in Dubai, working closely with major oilfield service companies on technical engagement, supplier qualification, and project-based cooperation.</p><p>We are now looking for experienced professionals with industry background and established relationships to join our business development efforts focused on oilfield service companies.</p><p><strong>2. Position Overview</strong></p><p>This is<strong>not a traditional sales role</strong>.</p><p>The position is focused on<strong>long-term relationship building</strong>,<strong>system-based market development</strong>, and<strong>technical communication</strong>.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Developing and maintaining relationships with international oilfield service companies</li><li>Supporting supplier qualification, technical discussions, and project advancement</li><li>Acting as a bridge between customer teams and Newland’s engineering and manufacturing organization</li><li>Promoting focused applications related to casing accessories and well integrity</li></ul><p><strong>3. Ideal Background</strong></p><p>Candidates may have some or all of the following experience:</p><ul><li>Previous experience with international oilfield service companies, or direct business exposure to Halliburton, SLB, Baker Hughes, Weatherford, or similar organizations</li><li>Familiarity with casing accessories, cementing equipment, or well integrity-related products</li><li>An established professional network within oilfield service or operator organizations</li><li>Ability to engage effectively with engineering, procurement, supply chain, and management stakeholders</li><li>Based in Houston or Dubai, or able to work flexibly between key regions such as the Americas and Middle East</li></ul><p><strong>4.
