Oil & Gas SME - Downstream (Production Planning and Value Chain Optimization) (m/f/d)

A leading energy‑sector organization specializing in downstream operations and value chain optimization. The company is seeking an Oil & Gas Subject Matter Expert (Downstream) to support production planning, supply/demand modeling, and optimization of the end‑to‑end value chain.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and analyze production planning scenarios, including products, routing, and supply/demand parameters.Build and optimize value chain models covering supply, production, and financial assumptions.Produce forecasts and assessments for gas supply, routing, facility capacities, and availability.Model supply contracts, customer demand, and network‑level routing logic.Prepare analytical outputs such as production volume, financial, and capacity utilization reports.Collaborate with technical and planning teams to validate assumptions and ensure accuracy of the value chain model.Qualifications and SkillsStrong expertise in downstream production planning and value chain optimization.Deep understanding of gas supply forecasting, supply routing, and facility capacity modeling.Ability to translate planning parameters into integrated value chain models and financial outputs.Experience working with supply/demand scenarios and production asset planning.Proficiency in analyzing routing logic and network modeling at a system level.Strong analytical and reporting skills across production, financial, demand, and capacity utilization domains.Halian GroupWith over 28 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.
