Offshore QA/QC Lead for Major EPC Oil and Gas Projects

Join a business with deep technical roots, where your voice is heard, your impact is visible, and your career is part of a legacy of excellence.</p><p><strong>Your Role</strong></p><p>As a<strong>QA/QC Manager</strong>, you will</p><ul><li>Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of project-specific QA/QC plans, Inspection&Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and procedures.</li><li>Manage a multidisciplinary QA/QC team including inspectors, document controllers, and auditors.</li><li>Oversee all site inspections, testing, and quality surveillance activities in accordance with project specifications, codes, and client requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and HSE teams to ensure consistent quality standards across all disciplines.</li><li>Interface with clients, EPC partners, and regulatory bodies on all quality-related matters.</li><li>Conduct internal and external audits; report findings and drive corrective/preventive actions.</li><li>Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, API, ASME, and applicable project codes.</li><li>Manage site NCRs, quality KPIs, and deliver timely reports to project leadership.</li><li>Support mechanical completion, commissioning, and final project handover documentation.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 15+ years of QA/QC experience, with at least 5 years in EPC Oil&Gas projects.</li><li>Proven experience managing QA/QC teams at major project sites.</li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)</li><li>Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, AWS-CWI, API, ASNT Level II/III are highly advantageous.</li><li>HSE certification related to material handling and logistics.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Expertise:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle—engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>The chance to contribute to some of UAE’s Oil and Gas EPC Mega projects.</li><li>A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li></ul><p><strong>Ready to be part of our team?</strong></p><p>If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.</p><p>Join Target Engineering and Construction Co.
