Offshore Pre-commissioning Representative (SURF)

The job holder is accountable for respecting HSE rules and requirements and for ensuring their application within his scope of responsibility.The job holder is accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behavior with regard to HSE rules & requirements.The job holder is also accountable: (1) For supervision of SURF offshore Pre-commissioning activities, in accordance with statement of requirements, specifications and contractual requirements; (2) For supervision of SURF offshore Pre-commissioning activities, in line with HSE, cost, planning and QA/QC objectives.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalentOverall experience: At least 15 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas project with minimum 10 years’ experience in offshore pre-commissioning activitiesExperience within a project team: At least 15 years’ experience within large multinational taskforce team environment.Offshore experience: Experience in conventional offshore facilities at EPCI stage is preferred.Strong pre-commissioning engineering backgroundTrack records of offshore attendance during Subsea Installation/ Pre-commissioning (Pipeline, Cable, Spool, Riser).Experience of subsea Installation/Pre-commissioning in shallow water.Strong leadership skills and good communication skills.Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.Familiar with NOC and / or Total Energies General Specifications, CMS standards, and relevant international codes and standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
