<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As an Offshore Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our offshore operations comply with all HSE regulations and standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying potential risks, implementing safety programs, and fostering a culture of safety among all team members. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all safety measures are adhered to and that the health and well-being of all personnel are prioritized.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage safety programs to maintain regulatory compliance offshore.</li><li>Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.</li><li>Provide expert advice on health, safety, and environmental issues to all offshore personnel.</li><li>Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and preventive measures.</li><li>Collaborate with managers and supervisors to implement safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Conduct training sessions on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices for offshore teams.</li><li>Prepare and maintain detailed reports on HSE performance and incidents on site.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE legislation and industry best practices.</li><li>Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure readiness.</li><li>Monitor environmental impact and sustainability practices as part of HSE responsibilities.</li><li>Ensure the proper usage and maintenance of safety equipment by all staff.</li><li>Assist in the development of new safety initiatives and continuous improvement strategies.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years' experience in offshore HSE advisory or similar roles.</li><li>Proficient understanding of HSE legislation and offshore safety standards.</li><li>Strong communication skills for effectively conveying safety information and training.</li><li>Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop associated mitigation strategies.</li><li>Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis methodologies.</li><li>Certification in offshore safety training programs such as BOSIET or OPITO.</li></ul><h3>Job Details</h3><p>Role Level: Mid-Level | Work Type: Full-Time | Country: United Arab Emirates | City: Dubai | Company: TalentMate | Job Function: Environment, Health&Safety (EHS) | Industry: Recruitment&Staffing</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
