Officer – KYC & Middle Office

This role is responsible for carrying out daily KYC, Account Services, and Loan Operations activities within the Operations function. The role ensures all tasks are completed accurately, in full compliance with the Bank’s policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. The officer will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to KYC for new corporate and FI onboarding, account services, and loan operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess daily KYC, account maintenance, and loan operations requests, including mandate updates, CIF and TD creation, account openings, confirmations, and statement requests.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Business, Compliance, Technology, Accounting, Treasury, Risk, IT) to resolve outstanding items and ensure timely delivery.Identify and recommend process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.Maintain high service standards through proactive follow‑ups, timely responses, and effective issue resolution.Prepare MIS reports and update the line manager as required.Stay updated on financial crime risks, regulations, and internal policies to ensure adherence and awareness.Key Skills, required Qualifications & ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in Customer Onboarding, KYC, Account Services, or Loan Operations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
