<div><h3>Job description:</h3><ul><li>Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.</li><li>Handle employee’s visa renewal, new joiners visa issuance and separated employee’s visa cancellation.</li><li>Ensure all local authority company’s licenses are renewed on time.</li><li>Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes.</li><li>Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for administrative tasks.</li><li>Lead efforts to maintain and improve office facilities, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and functional environment.</li><li>Ensure high quality of services provided to all Kuwait Steel employees including but not limited to Catering, Cleaning, Clinic, gardening, accommodation, and transportation services.</li><li>Collaborate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs.</li><li>Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.</li><li>Assist in budget planning and allocation for administrative and general service functions.</li><li>Monitor expenses, review financial reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and financial compliance.</li><li>Analyse existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Lead initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational bottlenecks.</li><li>Implement changes and monitor their effectiveness.</li><li>Oversee and manage special projects related to administrative and general service functions.</li><li>Develop project plans, allocate resources, track progress, and ensure timely completion.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Implement and enforce health and safety measures within the organization.</li><li>Collect and analyse data to generate reports and insights for management decision-making.</li><li>Provide regular updates and reports onadministrative and general service activities.</li></ul><h3>Job Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>3 to 5 years of relevant experience in administrative and general service roles.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
