Job PurposeFollow HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements as per company policy and ensures basic compliance. Assist in preparing reports on incidents, accidents, near misses, and lost man-hours.Key Accountability AreasHealth:Report any illness or health concerns encountered by employees.Ensure employee welfare is properly maintained and addressed.Safety:Observe and ensures proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) according to work requirements.Help identify potential risks and hazards and assists in implementing basic control measures.Support in updating the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) as needed.Environment:Assist in measuring noise levels within the factory and recommends corrective actions or appropriate PPE for affected areas.Documentation:Report incidents, near misses, and accidents, and assist in basic investigations and suggesting control measures.Gather and summarize employee suggestions related to safety and health improvements.Awareness and Trainings:Participate in conducting toolbox meetings and drills (e.g., evacuation, fire, environmental).Assist in preparing and distributing HSE topics for awareness.Role AccountabilityHR Proficiency:Collaborate with teams to get the work effectively achieved.Ensure effective communication with peers and managers, and show openness to directions and feedback.Delivery:Execute the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Use resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Problem‑Solving:Solve any related issues arise and elevate any complex operational problems.Quality:Follow quality requirements and specifications for products or processes or related activities.Business Process & Compliance:Execute and comply related tasks as per defined policies, procedures, and work instructions.Safety:Adhere to all Safety procedures and regulations.Academic QualificationDiploma Degree in Safety Engineering or Any relevant field.Work Experience2 to 4 Years (or Fresher – 0-2 years).Technical / Functional CompetenciesSafety Awareness and Compliance.Safety Reviews and Inspections.Profile descriptionAlfanar is a Saudi company with an international presence, primarily engaged in the manufacturing and trading of a wide variety of low, medium, and high voltage electrical products, in addition to its portfolio of conventional and renewable energy solutions, oil and gas, water treatment, infrastructure, technical services, and digital solutions.The hub of alfanar’s manufacturing operations is Medinet alfanar Alsinaiya, a 700,000 square‑meter complex located in Riyadh.
