We have emerged as a strong EPC contractor in the Energy, Infrastructure as well as Engineering Services sectors in Saudi Arabia.</p><p>With the support of special purpose service units, alfanar Construction continuously strives to provide appropriate and timely solutions to clients, conforming to international standards.</p><p><b>The core EPC activities of alfanar Construction are in the fields of:</b></p><ul><li>Power and Water Projects</li><li>Transmission and Distribution Projects</li><li>Building Construction (Industrial&Commercial) Projects</li></ul><p>This Position exists to assist in promoting Health, Safety&Environment procedures efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><ul><li>Assist to develop, monitor and implement the organization's health and safety policy.</li><li>Ensure the organization is compliant with health and safety regulations and to reduce or prevent hazards, dangers and accidents on Site.</li><li>Ensure policies and procedures are in place and enforced.</li><li>Ensure the legal requirements for health and safety is maintained in the workplace.</li><li>Inspect the workplace for potential hazards, identify potential hazards, assess the risks and report potential hazards.</li><li>Conduct drills, such as fire drills, to ensure equipment is properly functioning and staff is aware of what to do in an emergency.</li><li>Conduct investigations: respond to and investigate accidents and emergencies.</li><li>Working knowledge of all site specialist work rules, (with SABIC, SEC, MARAFIQ&ARAMCO ,SWCC)</li><li>Understand the principles of risk assessments and method statements.</li><li>Carry out all documentation required for access Gate pass for all workers at all sites.</li><li>Fulfill all regulatory documentation&submit for site startup&In Process&Closing.</li></ul><h3>Role Accountability</h3><p>Delivery:<br/>Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.<br/>Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.<br/>Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.<br/>Problem-Solving:<br/>Resolve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.<br/>Quality:<br/>Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.<br/>Business Process Improvement (Effectiveness):<br/>Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.<br/>Compliance:<br/>Comply to related policy&procedures and work instructions.<br/>Health&Safety:<br/>Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.</p><h3>Academic Qualification</h3><p>Diploma Degree in Occupational Safety&Health Tech</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
