The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the effective operation and development of the IDO Emiratization/NAFIZ program, promoting the recruitment, and retention of UAE Nationals at IDO and its entities. Under the supervision of the Senior HR manager. The HR Officer acts as the key contact between IDO and its entities' HR teams to support group-wide NAFIS initiatives.Additionally, you will assist for various HR operational functions including onboarding, offboarding, leaves management, employee filing system, employment letters, etc. Efficiently manage day-to-day HR activities, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
