BCI has integrated polyesters; bulk delivery possibilities; and a complete range of Polyurethane Systems covering applications in Insulation; Footwear; Automotive; Seating; and Adhesives.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of Customer Service with the daily tasksPrepare delivery documents (local and export)Follow up and update the system for orders dispatch, arrival & receiving and coordinate with the customers & sales teamPrepare offers and proforma invoices, LPOs, and lettersPrepare bank documents (L/Cs and collections)Prepare reminder letters for customersPrepare and update weekly reports and send them to top managementPrepare weekly demand table (weekly production table)Coordinate the stickersBook containers with shipping lines for export ordersFreight and local transportation cost reductionFollow up on Export & Local shipments' arrival, documentation & ClearanceUpdate Lean daily for outgoing and incoming ordersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of proven experience in customer service and logistics, preferably in manufacturingStrong command of both English and Arabic LanguagesProficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc..)Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesStrong communication and reporting skillsCommitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfactionUnderstanding of LC documentation processesJob SpecificationRana Hamdy (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Officer Customer Service and Logistics in the field of Supply Chain in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates.
