Officer - Access Management Control

Role : Officer - Access Management ControlLocation : Abu DhabiRole PurposeTo ensure timely handling of Users Access Management related access requests / enquires for ADIB UAE & International as per UAM P&P and authority matrix, handle setting-up new applications, new profiles or groups in different systems and maintaining the existing profiles, groups, privileges/access rights and users.Key Accountabilities of the roleAccess provisioning/de-provisioning; manage access requests (grating new, modification, enable, disable, and revoking) as per the process and approval within agreed TAT.Execute approved SPCR and parameter change requests in various applications.Handle internal customers’ urgent requests, complaints, attend calls, and solve access related issues.Perform periodic system access review and access entitlements for departments, branches and IBG as per plan and head of dept request.Participate in new system/enhancement of existing testing related scenarios for user admin related functionalities.Work with IT in new reports follow ups on raised issues and tickets related to the area/user and maintain a proper tracking.Act as backup for other UAM staff, participate in RCSA testing and handle special tasks assigned by Head of UAM and Controls Head.Investigate end users issues and complaintsReporting and escalating any serious issue, delayed respond in raised issues/requests to line manager and Head of ControlSpecialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this roleBachelor in Info Tech, experience in Info Tech security and access management , Identity and Access Management#J-18808-Ljbffr
