Job DescriptionWe are looking to recruit an experiencedOffice Leadto be based in our Riyadh office. Candidates must have prior relevant experience in the Saudi Arabia and must already be locatedin Riyadh.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the Riyadh officeAct as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.Coordinate with regional leadership to align office strategy with overall business objectives.Manage office budgets, resource allocation, and operational performance metrics.Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Drive business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and client presentations.Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members.Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance office culture.Supervise office administration, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and office supplies procurement.Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and documentation.Oversee scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning for employees and clients.Manage records, correspondence, and confidential information securely and efficiently.Key CompetenciesLeadership and people managementStrategic thinking and executionClient service orientationFinancial and operational acumenAdaptability and cultural awarenessWorking knowledge of government portals (e.g., Etimad)Governance and compliance expertiseProcurement process management and best practicesOffice administration and facilities managementVendor and supplier relationship managementRecords management and confidentialityEvent planning and coordinationProficiency in office software and technology toolsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).4+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, with at least 2 years in a leadership or office management role.Proven track record in team management, client relationship building, and business development.Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business environment and regulatory landscape.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills highly desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
