Job Description

OverviewWe are searching for a competent and organized Female Office Clerk to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for handling various administrative and clerical tasks in our office.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate person/departmentSort and distribute incoming mail and packagesPrepare outgoing mail, including postage and packagingMaintain a clean and organized reception areaSchedule appointments and maintain appointment calendarsMaintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders, and verifying receipt of suppliesAssist with the preparation of documents such as reports, presentations, memos, etc.Keep track of employee attendance records and update HR accordinglyRequirementsProven work experience as an office clerk or similar roleExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners)Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong organizational skills with great attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive informationQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Office Management is a plusExperience working with biometric passports preferredEgyptian nationality preferredMust be able to work full time with accommodation providedCompensationWe offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with other benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
