OverviewOffice Clerk - Dukhan, QatarOur company, a reputable organization in Dukhan, Qatar is seeking an experienced and dedicated Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office.ResponsibilitiesAnswering and directing phone calls to appropriate departmentsMaintaining files and records accuratelyManaging incoming and outgoing correspondencePreparing documents, reports, and presentations as neededAssisting in the organization of office events or meetingsCoordinating with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflowMonitoring office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessaryGreeting visitors and providing them with necessary information or assistanceHandling incoming and outgoing mail or packagesOther administrative duties as assigned by the supervisorQualificationsProven experience as an Office Clerk or similar administrative roleHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Office Administration is a plusExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsAs an employee of our company, you will receive a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
