They provide a professional workplace that values organization, reliability, and continuous improvement.</p><h3>ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW</h3><p>We are seeking a highly organized and proactive<b>Office Clerk (Administration&Human Resources)</b>to support daily business operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination across finance, administration, and HR functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.</p><h3>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><h3>Finance&Administrative Support</h3><ul><li>Verify, register, file, and manage all company invoices and financial documents</li><li>Handle daily collections and payments with suppliers and customers</li><li>Assist in preparing basic payment applications and tracking fund flow records</li><li>Coordinate with the finance team or external accountants to ensure accuracy and compliance</li></ul><h3>Human Resources&Administration</h3><ul><li>Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and confirmation processes</li><li>Maintain employee records, labor contracts, and documentation with full confidentiality</li><li>Assist in visa processing and residence permit (IQAMA) renewals and related procedures</li><li>Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies</li><li>Handle daily administrative tasks, including drafting, sending, and receiving official correspondence</li></ul><h3>REQUIREMENTS</h3><h3>Education / Qualification</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>2–4 years of experience in administrative, HR, or office support roles</li><li>Experience in handling financial documents or HR processes is preferred</li></ul><h3>Skills&Attributes</h3><ul><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Basic understanding of HR processes and financial documentation</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
